Sri Malolan College of Arts & Science is administered by Sri Malolan Educational Trust, that is, non-profit and service oriented established for the purpose of managing Educational Institutions of Sri Ahobila Math, a 610-year old religious & charitable Institution of eminence and a great heritage.

Government permission for the College has been received vide G.O. No. 422 dated 24.12.2009. The University of Madras has granted Affiliation vide Letter No.A1/AGS/2010-2011/492 dated 24th July, 2010.
